Refund Policy

Here is the refund policy for the events/contest listed on the PME Leisure Pvt Ltd (Persona Media Entertainment) website personamediaentertainment.com for which participation/joining/registration fee is required. This policy applies to both types of events that are organized online as well as offline(physically at a particular venue).

Event Cancellation by PME Leisure Pvt Ltd (Persona Media Entertainment) PME Leisure Pvt Ltd (Persona Media Entertainment) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If PME Leisure Pvt Ltd (Persona Media Entertainment) cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participants

If participants cancel / not selected then company will not refund any amount of registration fees.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

If you register for an event as an audience and unable to attend the event then you cannot transfer your friend / family member behalf of your absence.

These policies apply to all PME Leisure Pvt Ltd (Persona Media Entertainment) events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
